Meet Sweet Sara

Sara Bartyzel - PASTRY CHEF, HOME BAKER, CONCHA QUEEN

I am a 26 year old pastry school graduate who aspires to bring others joy through baking. From a young age I have always been captivated by the aroma that fills a home from freshly baked goods.

After working at local grocery stores in the bakery department, I decided to follow my dreams and take my talents to culinary school.

​

I started the Baking & Pastry program at Kendall College in Chicago, IL in October of 2016. ​After finishing my courses, I went on to do my internship with Chicago chef-- Mindy Segal-- at Hot Chocolate in January of 2018. I graduated from Kendall College in June of 2018 with an Associate Degree of Applied Science, Baking & Pastry.

Between all of my hands on experience and schooling, I am honored to be able to deliver fresh, high quality baked goods to my customers. It is always my goal to leave my customers completely satisfied with their request while having it look spectacular and taste out of this world.

 

It has truly been a blessing to do what I love as my career all from the comfort of my home!
